The Hierarchical Eternal Cosmos: Global and Local Singularity Resolution in Unified Quantum Gravity (UQG)

Unified Quantum Gravity (UQG), characterized by the quantum rigidity coupling $\alpha_1 = -0.230$, resolves spacetime singularities through a mechanism that dictates a finite, maximum energy density ($\rho_{\rm max}$). We demonstrate that this single mechanism governs two fundamentally different phenomena based on scale: the Global Cycle (Big Bounce) and the Local Cycle (Black Hole Rebound). The Big Bounce represents the reversal of the universe's scale factor, preventing the $t=0$ singularity by rebounding from a previous cosmological collapse (Big Crunch). The Black Hole Rebound, conversely, is the local inversion of matter collapse within an event horizon, forming a regular Planck Star core and preserving information. This hierarchical model establishes a complete, deterministic, and eternal cosmic narrative where both the container (the universe) and the content (matter trapped in black holes) are governed by the same non-singular quantum dynamics (Manuscript).
